RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR VIOLA MURDER PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning Viola Murder Products, providing acceptable reasons (defective goods, incorrect goods, non-compliant goods) and with any declaration, as long as explicit, delivered to Viola Murder. The right of withdrawal is however excluded in relation to sealed Viola Murder Products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery, such as, but not limited to, cosmetic care products. and the beauty of the body. If the customer intends to return the purchased products, he can contact customer service at help@violamurder.com and start a return procedure through one of our dedicated operators. Please always use the return label provided by Viola Murder in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of the Consumer Code)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, providing acceptable reasons (defective goods, incorrect goods, non-compliant goods), within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Viola Murder by writing to help@violamurder.com of the decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration to that effect. To this end, it is possible, but not mandatory, to use the standard withdrawal form sent by email from our customer service help@violamurder.com or to use the standard text indicated in the point immediately above. If the customer decides not to use the standard withdrawal form, he may submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the customer submits his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day deadline starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.
Effects of withdrawal
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Viola Murder will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, temporarily excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 working days from the day Viola Murder is informed by the customer of the decision. to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until Viola Murder receives the products or until the customer demonstrates that the goods have been shipped, if earlier.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
The Products must be returned
– properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In case of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense, replace it in order to be able to return the Viola Murder Products;
– with the transport document (sent by email from our customer service), in order to allow Viola Murder to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address);
– without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale).
Additional return costs are charged to the customer, including the cost of the first shipment and will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
Standard withdrawal form
The customer who intends to withdraw from the contract using the standard withdrawal form can request it from the email help@violamurder.com specifying in the subject “Returned goods” and is requested to complete it and send it to: e-mail: help@violamurder.com
Without prejudice to the possibility for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal by communicating to Viola Murder any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract, alternatively to using the standard form indicated above, the customer can use the following standard text.
