Payment method:
Currently it is only possible to pay with Paypal.

Refunds:
If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
When we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive the amount for the returned items (shipping costs not included) on the same Paypal account.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Choose the courier you think is the most reliable and don’t forget to have a shipping receipt issued.

All shipping costs will be not refunded.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Refunds:
If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
When we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive the amount for the returned item(s) on the same Paypal account.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. All shipping costs will be not refunded.

How to make a return:
From the moment you receive the package, you have 14 days to make a return.
To make a return, contact us at help@violamurder.com indicating “Return” in the subject of the email. We will contact you immediately to begin the procedure.
The product to be returned must be suitable for a return, i.e. it must be folded, packaged in its original wrapping with the label attached and must not show signs of wear and / or tampering.
The return shipment is at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
Choose the courier you think is the most reliable and don’t forget to have a shipping receipt issued.

If the product is defective:
If an item received is defective, you can proceed with a claim.
Contact us at help@violamurder.com and fill out the complaint form we will send you.

Return conditions:
You have 15 days to return your order.
The return shipment is at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
Choose the courier you think is the most reliable and don’t forget to have a shipping receipt issued.
The items must be intact and unused.
Be careful not to tear the labels and not to dirty the goods.
Return your order in its original packaging (plastic bag).

Return without original box or tag:
If you no longer have the original packaging of the package (plastic bag or box) do not worry, you can use any other cardboard box to make the return.
If the box you decide to use is different from the one we sent, remember to remove all previous labels. The only label that must be visible on the package is the one that the courier of your choice will put on the package.
Make sure the tag is still attached to your clothing and that the product is intact.
If we receive products that have already been used, damaged or without packaging (protective plastic) we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

If the package you received is damaged:
If the courier delivered a damaged package to you, but the items are intact, you can use another box to make the return.
In case you want to proceed with the return, use another box and attach the label that will be sent to you via email on the outside.
Or if an item is damaged in addition to the box, in this case write to us at help@violamurder.com and we will help you with your request.

Change an item:
It is not possible to exchange items but you can return them (shipping costs at your expense) and, if you wish, order them again.
You will receive a refund for returned item(s) within 14 business days of receiving the return.

Subsequent return of multiple items for the same order:
If after returning an item from your order you want to return more you can do so within 14 days of delivery, but you will have to pay for the shipping again, so make sure you return all items at once.

Returning multiple orders in the same package:
You can return items belonging to different orders in the same box, as long as it is agreed in advance via email during the return procedure.

Once your return process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

SHIPPING INFO

Orders:
After completing your order it will remain in processing for a maximum of 2 working days.

Processing and shipping times may vary from 5-7 working days for products ready for delivery, up to a maximum of 20-25 working days for PRE-ORDER items.
Always check in the product description the type of item you are ordering and its relative delivery times.

As soon as it is sent, an email will be sent containing the TRACKING NUMBER with which you can check the status of your shipment from the link you will find in the email itself.
Don’t worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it will activate within three working days and you will be able to view the delivery date.
Always check this link from which you can check delivery attempts that have already taken place and any courier problems in identifying your address.
We remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and a telephone contact may not be provided (this will depend on the completeness of your data provided to us).

Shipping cost:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout as they may vary according to the place of destination and the weight of the package.
In the case of a total return of the order, all shipping costs are charged to the customer. So choose the courier you consider most reliable and don’t forget to get a shipping receipt issued.

Change of shipping address:
If you have placed an order and want to change the delivery address, you can contact the courier (SDA) by providing the shipping number.
You can find the tracking number in the email containing the tracking link to track the order. By clicking on that link you will be able to view the shipment number.
Or:
If you have entered an incorrect address (e.g. the house number is missing, the address contains an error), you want to completely change the delivery address, or your address is correct but the package is in stock, you can contact the courier directly SDA or the courier to which SDA entrusted your package.

Do you need to ask for a deposit stop?
Only after the first failed delivery attempt at your home can you contact the courier and request a firm deposit.

Courier service:
The courier that Viola Murder relies on for shipments in Italy and Europe is SDA.

If the package you received is damaged:
If the courier delivered a damaged package to you, but the items are intact, you can use another box to make the return.
If, on the other hand, in addition to the box, an item is also damaged, in this case contact us immediately at our customer service help@violamurder.com and we will help you with your request.

Wrong delivery:
If you have received an item that you have not ordered, we ask you to return it by sending us an email to customer service indicating, as the subject of the email, “Incorrect delivery”.
As soon as we receive the return we will refund you the total amount of the item(s).
Of course, if you want, you can order the correct item again.

Multiple orders in one shipment:
You can order multiple items by paying only one shipping.
In this case, the cost will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package during checkout.
